Websites for trades and gyms
See the first draft before you commit.
Send me your trade, the suburbs you cover and a few photos. You get a working draft on a real web address, open it on your phone, and then decide if you want to go ahead.
Built in Adelaide. Working with trades and gyms anywhere.
Concrete that still looks right in ten years.
Driveways, slabs and exposed aggregate across Adelaide's north. Family run, fully insured, quotes within a day.

What a concept project looks like
A gym site I built as practice, not for a client. It shows the whole job: one clear action at the top, the classes easy to scan on a phone, and a booking button you can hit with one thumb.
Real coaching, every weeknight.
Boxing, strength and conditioning in Adelaide's north. Beginner classes four nights a week, no experience needed.

What we do
- 01
Found when they search
Right now your work comes from word of mouth, and when it goes quiet there is nothing behind it.
A site built around your trade and the suburbs you cover, so someone searching for what you do finds you instead of the next bloke.
- 02
Looks like a real business
A customer hears your name, looks you up, and finds a Facebook page with three posts from 2021.
A proper site with your work, your areas, your licence and your reviews, so the message you send looks like it came from a serious operator.
- 03
Enquiries in one place
Jobs come in through DMs, texts and calls while you are on the tools, and half of them get buried.
One page with a tap to call button and a form that lands straight in your inbox, so nothing sits there unanswered.
How it works
- 01
You send the details.
Business name, what you do, the suburbs you cover, and any photos you already have.
- 02
I build the first draft.
You get a real link, not a picture of a website. Open it on your phone while you are on the tools.
- 03
You decide.
If it does what you need, we finish it on your own domain. If it does not, you walk away.
What you get, in the order it happens
- 01
One short call, or a voice message, so I hear how you talk about your work.
- 02
Your words written for the page: the services you do, the suburbs you cover, and what makes you different.
- 03
A real first draft on a live web address, so you can open it on your phone.
- 04
Your own photos and your real reviews on the page. Nothing borrowed, nothing made up.
- 05
A tap to call button and an enquiry form that lands in your email inbox.
- 06
Changes from what you tell me after you have looked at it, then it goes live on your own domain, in your business name.
- 07
A short walkthrough showing you how to change the words yourself, so a new phone number does not need a call to me.
Who this is for
You run a trade or a gym, anywhere, and you are on the tools or the floor most of the day.
Your work comes from word of mouth, a phone number and a Facebook page.
You have no website, or one you would rather not send anyone to.
You want the enquiries you already earn to land in one place.
If you are shopping for the cheapest page you can find, I am not your bloke.
I run a trade business too, so I know the difference a full week makes
I am Kane Downes. I run an electrical business in Adelaide and build the websites myself, so you deal with me from the first message to the day it goes live. I do this for trades and gyms, based in Adelaide and working anywhere.

Questions people ask
I get all my work from word of mouth. Why would I need a website?
Word of mouth still sends people to their phone to look you up first, and if nothing comes back they ring the next bloke. The site is what catches the jobs your name already brings in.
What happens after I send my details?
I read them, build a first draft on a live web address, and send it to you. You open it on your phone and tell me what you want changed.
I have been burnt before by someone who promised and never delivered.
You see the finished draft on a real web address first, and the domain goes in your name. There is nothing to take on trust.
I have not got time to sit down and give you all this.
One short call, or a voice message on your way between jobs. I write the words from what you tell me and use the photos you already have.
I already have a Facebook page. Is that not enough?
A page is fine for people who already know you. It falls down when a stranger is comparing three businesses and wants your services, your areas and a way to ring you.
Send me your business name and what you do
Send your details and I will come back with a first draft you can open on your phone. Then you tell me what to change.
Prefer to talk it through? Say so when you send it and I will call you.
